Robin Wilson is an interior designer, author and expert on healthy homes – who has been featured on HGTV, LX-TV Open House, and multiple magazine/ newspaper profiles and TV news programs.

Her credibility and understanding of the issues that consumers face on a daily basis to furnish their living space in a hypoallergenic way is emphasized in her book Clean Design: Wellness for your Lifestyle (Greenleaf, 2015) which shows her 15-year portfolio of interior design projects. She also wrote Kennedy Green House (Greenleaf, 2010) with a foreword by environmentalist, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Robin Wilson Home, her eponymous design firm was founded in 2000 and works on select projects throughout the United States. Clients have included high-profile clients, residential, commercial and developers including the design of the exterior color palette for the 1,200 home Lake Nona/Laureate Park project in Florida. Her brand has also had consultant projects with leading consumer brands on healthy products for consumers.

The Robin Wilson Home brand has created business and licensing relationships that are mutually beneficial to her brand and partnerships. Retailers, carry the Robin Wilson Home product line of licensed bedding, hypoallergenic pillows, towels and custom cabinetry. In 2014, she partnered with Panasonic USA to promote their latest line of cutting edge products for the home. She is an ambassador to the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America, on the board of the Sustainable Furnishings Council and in May 2013, she launched a furniture line, Nest Home by Robin Wilson, at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York.

Ms. Wilson is from Austin, Texas and her passion for Clean Design is a lifetime commitment, due to her personal struggle with allergies and asthma – and her parent’s efforts to ‘raise a strong child, instead of a child on strong medicine’ by focusing on a hypoallergenic lifestyle.

Her passion for global environmental awareness began in Austin, Texas while serving an internship at the Lower Colorado River Authority.

Wilson is a guest blogger on the Huffington Post where she writes about mommy, interior design, wellness issues. She was first featured in Oprah’s magazines and her work and brand has been featured in national press such as House Beautiful, Elle Décor, Esquire, Essence, and Natural Homes & Gardens, among others.

She regularly appears on the speakers circuit, on television and offers commentary in print on design and wellness at events sponsored by The Aspen Institute, Architectural Digest Home ShowConservation International, where she has worked to educate consumers about interior design, healthier lifestyles and preventative measures to create healthy environments.

Ms. Wilson began filming “Home with Robin” in 2012 with a team from Nest Productions. The short documentary was submitted to film festivals in 2014 – and was named an Official Selection of the Hoboken International Film Festival and received Honorable Mention at the Women’s International Film Festival.
